In the summer of 2010, a replica of an Ancient Lebanese [ Phoenician] Ship named “EUROPA”, after the Lebanese Princess of Tyr, kidnapped by Zeus the King of Gods will set sail with 20 volunteers 10 young men and 10 young women on board to the following countries: Cyprus, Turkey, Greece, Malta, Italy, Spain, France, and Carthage.
They will be carrying the Ancient Lebanese [Phoenician] alpha-bet engraved by the famous artist Mr. Chahine Raffoul on Lebanese rocks along with soap, oil and perfume, which will be given by Princess Europa herself to the Ministers of Culture/Tourism of the respectfully aforementioned countries.
After the trip, we will produce a documentary filmed during the trip and distributed on DVD showing twenty historical characters [Phoenicians] e.g. Princess Europa, Princess Alissar, Prince Kadmus etc. (whom they later became kings and queens acknowledged throughout history) mingling with the locals in public places and debating their character and their history. The DVD should leave an ever lasting impact on the mind of the future young generations, a sense of pride in their new identity, which we’re hoping to replace the existing identity, dominated either by political parties or religious denominations that led the nation to moral and physical destruction.
